Children’s House is a haven of hope for children temporarily separated or abandoned by their biological parents. They are no different from all other children and deserve the best care, love and support. Established in 2012, Children’s House provides temporary shelter, comfort and warmth for 6 children up to 7 years old, until an adoptive or foster family is found for them, or they are reunited with their biological parents.

From its establishment until the end of 2020, 57 children have passed through the doors of the Children’s House. In it, they received the love, support and care of the team of the house. The children are cared for by a team of highly qualified babysitters, and if necessary for the children, they are joined by various specialists from the Early Childhood Development Complex – speech therapist, psychologist, rehabilitator.

Children (from 3 to 7 years old) come to us, taken out of their homes as a matter of urgency due to violence in the family, lack of opportunity and capacity to take care of them, neglect or abandonment. Many of them have lived on the streets and for the first time understand what it is like to eat 4 meals a day, to sleep in clean sheets, to have their own clothes and toys. In the Children’s House most of the children celebrate Christmas, birthday and Easter for the first time. Although the children are temporarily with us, we believe that their days should be happy, meaningful and full of attention until their dream of living in their family becomes a reality.
