Goals 

The main goal of the project is to unify and utilize the energy of the network. 

Activities 

• Coordination of the activities of the Alliance for Early Childhood Development; 

• Annual meeting of the Alliance for Early Childhood Development  
• Capacity building of the Alliance for Early Childhood Development  
• Strengthening the public image of the Alliance, presenting the work of the network to the public, changing public understanding and sensitivity to early childhood  

Expected Results 

• Carrying out 2 trainings for members of the Alliance for Early Childhood Development 

• Development of at least 3 policy papers; 
• Proposal to the National Council for Child Protection (through its NGO members) to discuss the topic of national policy on ECD  
• Communication plan 
• Improved website of the ECDA  
•  2. videos and up to 6 articles published in media  

• Up to 8 interviews presenting Alliance’s member organisations  
• Developed and published up to 5 thematic publications
