“Human Resources Management” Expert
Responsibilities:
- Organizes and conducts the processes of recruitment and selection of employees in the Foundation “For Our Children”;
- Applies the competency approach as part of human capital management systems
- Maintains and updates a database with potential candidates and contact with them in connection with future opportunities and vacancies, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR policy;
- Analyzes and studies the labor market, gives suggestions for new channels and tactics for selection of employees for the various areas of the foundation;
- Monitors the trends in the labor market, gives proposals for change of position, obligations and pay;
- Coordinates the internship and volunteer programs of the foundation;
- Represents the foundation at career forums;
- Coordinates the programs for introduction of the newly appointed employees in the work;
- Coordinates the administrative procedures for appointment, change in the employment contracts and termination of employees with a Payroll Specialist;
- Organizes and coordinates the appraisal process and analyzes the effectiveness of the employee appraisal system;
- Keeps up-to-date the organization chart and information on the site related to the team and the open selection procedures;
- Keeps up-to-date job descriptions for all positions in the organization.
- Conducts exit interviews
- Prepares the training plan in the organization.
- Prepares analyzes for:
– fluidity
– organizational structure
– the condition of the teams
– trainings
Requirements and necessary competencies:
- Higher education in an appropriate specialty – “Human Resources Management” / “Psychology” / “Administration and Management”, etc .;
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in all processes of the HR function;
- Practical experience in the application of tools for assessment of abilities, competencies and personal characteristics;
- Knowledge of the legislation governing contractual relations, equal opportunities and protection against discrimination;
- Very good skills for working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- English.
